I can't remember now if there was an absolute requirement that members be over 40 when diagnosed. I am so blown away by the AI Snapshot and the insights it brought to me that I would love for my daughter, who is 30, to have the opportunity to participate also. We both understand how crippling ADHD is to our confidence and our success. She is the one person I can share anything with and not feel judged in this area. Is there a way that we can invite people, and would her age prohibit her from being invited? Thank you.

Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: I've been telling myself "every thing I learn is useful so nothing is failure," and I thought that was wisdom. Turns out it might be the exact reason I keep flaking at the halfway point. Didn't see that one coming.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it "my mail problem" - turns out it's a threat response. My brain isn't lazy about that pile, it's treating it like a rattlesnake. Naming that out loud changed something. I've been fighting the wrong battle for years.

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: the compassion I give my inner child ("perfectly imperfect, brave, loved") is the exact compassion I refuse to give myself today. Also learned that the "defeat" I feel when I can't make myself do the thing isn't irresponsibility. It has a name.

Just realized the story I tell myself about "procrastinating" isn't about focus at all. It's a rule I made years ago that says I'm not allowed to think about my own future until everyone I love is safe. Meanwhile I've been hyperfocusing on creative work for decades. Both can't be true. Something's about to crack open.
