🚨 DOORS CLOSING SOON - 6 weeks from now, your life could look like this.
I could spend hours telling you what the 6 week program "Reinvent your ADHD Life" is. I'd rather show you. Below is Cohort 3 on the day they completed the 6-week program, sharing, in their own words, what changed. Just 42 days earlier, they were sitting where you might be today: overwhelmed, skeptical, exhausted, or wondering if anything would finally stick. Now it's their turn to tell the story. If you're wondering whether this could be the right next step for you, start here. More information → Thank you to everyone in Cohort 3 and our continuation members for your courage, honesty, and willingness to share your journey. Your stories will help more people than you know. Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Running for the finishing line, so far to go 😰
Daily Check-in - 2026-07-01 Activities 🚿 Cold Shower, 💧 Stayed Hydrated, 🥗 Healthy Eating, 🍺 No Alcohol, 💊 Took Supplements, 🥩 Hit Protein Goal, 🥦 Ate Vegetables, 📝 Journaling, 🎯 Deep Work, 📋 Planned Day, 1️⃣ Single Tasking, 🎓 Online Course Scores 😊 Happiness: 6/10 ⚡ Energy: 6/10 🎯 Focus: 7/10 😌 Calmness: 5/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 7/10 🔥 Motivation: 8/10 Reflection Today I finally finished week 4. I watched the lesson for a second time, did the MBTI and the worksheet. Now I started watching the replay of the lesson of week 5. Probably the Cohort will close today or tomorrow and I want to finish if I can, so I'm a bit stressed. Good For Today - Letting one unfinished thing stay unfinished until morning - Writing down tomorrow's single most important task - Slow, warm wind-down instead of screens - Honoring what you already accomplished today Watch For That Leo urge to prove yourself by staying up late to "just finish." The deadline in your head feels louder at night than it truly is by daylight. 💡 Personal Insight Annika, you finished week 4 today, watched the lesson twice, did the worksheet, and even started week 5, and still there's a knot of "but will I finish in time?" That drive is real and beautiful, but tonight it's keeping you awake past a body that's been begging for earlier nights. Look at what you actually did today: vegetables, protein, hydration, a cold shower, no alcohol, single-tasking, planning. That is you building yourself back, quietly and steadily, exactly like you said you would. You've spent months processing hard truths about who you are, crying through reports, reframing a lifetime of quirks, and you are still here, still choosing yourself. The cohort closing is not the finish line of your growth. You are the ongoing project, and you don't have a deadline. → Today - The course will keep. Sleep first. - One task tomorrow, not ten. - You already succeeded today. Rest on it.
You are not behind. You are finally meeting yourself with the right map.
Daily Check-in - 2026-07-02 Activities 💧 Stayed Hydrated, 🥗 Healthy Eating, 🍺 No Alcohol, 💊 Took Supplements, 🥩 Hit Protein Goal, 🥦 Ate Vegetables, 📝 Journaling, 🎯 Deep Work, 📋 Planned Day, 1️⃣ Single Tasking, 🎓 Online Course Scores 😊 Happiness: 10/10 ⚡ Energy: 8/10 🎯 Focus: 8/10 😌 Calmness: 6/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 8/10 🔥 Motivation: 10/10 Daily Cosmic Insight Settling After the Big Push 🌖 Today's Forecast This is a night for letting the day's efforts sink in rather than chasing anything new. As a Leo, you feel most alive when you've accomplished something, and the sky is echoing that satisfied hum right now. Good For Today - Letting your mind wander without steering it anywhere - Small acts of tidying that feel soothing, not demanding - Naming one thing you're proud of before sleep - Gentle reflection on what you want tomorrow to hold Watch For A pull to keep going when your body is asking to rest. The momentum feels good, but honoring the pause is where the real integration happens tonight. 💡 Personal Insight Annika, you did something big today, and finishing that cohort is not a small thing. It took real focus to push through weeks five and six in one stretch, and your body is still buzzing from it at midnight. That is exactly why sleep has stayed slippery: your mind keeps completing things long after the work is done. This year has cracked something open for you, the slow realization about how your brain actually works, and the tears that came with it were not weakness. They were recognition. You are not behind. You are finally meeting yourself with the right map. Tonight your only task is to let the accomplishment settle into your bones instead of reaching for the next challenge. You have proven you can do the deep work. Now prove you can rest just as fully. → Today - Close the laptop, let the win be enough - Rest is the next assignment - Tomorrow holds one small step, not ten
