Convicted🤣
Okay who needed to hear this today? This is part of an email commentary from a different online group, but it so fits me and my ADHD brain! I laughed out loud. Rule 10. You cannot attend everything. Stop trying. Here's the math: 4 stages. Dozens of venues. Over 100 M__________-curated -sessions. And hundreds more gifted by the community. The people who try to do it all leave exhausted. The people who follow what resonates leave transformed. Choose feeling over FOMO. Always.
My ADHD Snapshot (Section 1)
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something wild: the freeze I keep hitting mid-sentence isn't my brain shutting down. It's my brain moving too fast for my own executive function to keep up. I've been calling myself scattered for years when I was actually overwhelmed by my own processing speed. 🤯 I make sense. 🙏🏼
Daily Check-in
📅 Daily Check-in - May 27, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I feel deflated today. I went for the proofing for the prosecution. I thought that maybe I wouldn't be asked to attend court and give my evidence, but yes, sadly so I will be. Gosh, it brings up old feelings. It's PTSD from when my poor mum was involved in a case against a lady and I was only young at that age and because of her understanding of English and her written ability, I stepped in and did it for her and I think I actually took on a lot of her grief because of it. So basically that's good to acknowledge that, but on the other side I need to think to myself, this is all an individual situation and this is a different situation and to try in a way to put it into contents and just follow through."
Domino
My First Domino: movement. Why this one: I don’t get enough exercise. Some days I don’t even leave the house. My one win this week, however small: walking to the grocery store instead of driving.
