🏆 Pre-Challenge Giveaway
Your engagement literally helps people find us. Our activity in this community directly impacts how ADHD Harmony shows up in Skool's Discovery. That's the search engine people use to find communities like ours. The way it works is simple, the more we engage (likes, comments, posts), the higher we rank. The higher we rank, the more people searching for ADHD support actually find us. So when you drop a like on someone's post or leave a comment, you're not just supporting that person. You're helping someone out there who's still looking for their people actually find this place. Now, many of you already know I'm doing giveaways during the challenge. But I decided to add a little something before we kick off: the 10 people with the highest 7-day activity and the top 10 on the 7-day leaderboard before the challenge starts on April 27 will win community credits to use as discounts on our offerings: 🥇 Place 1-3: $150 community credit 🥈 Place 4-6: $100 community credit 🥉 Place 7-10: $50 community credit One important thing: I've seen other communities try to game this by spamming random posts and comments just to farm points. That's not what we're about. The goal is always value and connection. Share something real, ask a genuine question, support someone's post because it resonated with you. Spam will be removed. View leaderboards: https://www.skool.com/adhd/-/leaderboards Here's how the leaderboard works: https://help.skool.com/article/31-how-do-points-and-levels-work Besides your leaderboard score, I'll also be looking at whether you're actively supporting others. So liking and commenting on other people's posts matters just as much. So go like stuff, comment on things, share your wins, and ask questions. It all counts, and it all helps. Let's make some noise before we even get started 🔥

Morning Routine!
This is my current morning routine, assuming I don't have a specific morning appointment: *meditate *get in shower *wash face for 5 minutes with affirmations *make bed *put on clothes (I don't have to "get dressed" unless I'm going somewhere but I DO have to put on clothes, meaning not just wear my robe) *go downstairs- bring phone, journal, and cup *take vitamins *prep daily water *prep protein breakfast *eat breakfast *qi gong on patio if possible *then my "finish line" is going to my car- long story but I read Atomic Habits and knew that I NEEDED something *I* could do EVERY DAY, that depended on NO ONE but myself, that got me literally OUT of the house (to parking lot) etc. It was my even possible anchor of stability in completely unstable circumstances. Anyway, that's what I have. I also give myself until noon to complete this. Now, I am a single mom who sadly spends the vast majority of my time by myself. And taking care of daughter. So anyway my point is, this routine gives ME a fighting chance to have an identity of my own every day. It isnt easy on ANY level. But I wanted to share because it is true. And I figured if any group would understand, it would be this one 🥰 Feel free to share your morning routine below. This is alllll new to me. But I'm realizing like I said that if I want a fighting chance at a FULFILLING life, REGARDLESS of circumstances, then I need to take the reins. Love you guys! Have a great day!!
📍A note to the newbies (and the quiet watchers)
Hello you lovely humans. Debz here, waving from New Zealand. I'm not writing this to tell you what to do. I'm writing because I remember hovering over the "register" button for the 5-Day Challenge, also registering and then going - ahhh what difference will it make and wondering whether it was just another course I'd abandon by Tuesday. So here's an honest snapshot of what's actually shifted for me. What the 5-Day Challenge did: It didn't fix me. Nothing fixes anyone in 5 days. What it did was crack open a question I'd been avoiding for a long time, my ikigai - does what I'm doing right now actually fit me, or do I keep looking? That single question rearranged the furniture in my head. I walked in foggy. I walked out with enough of a map to say yes to the 6-Week Program. What I'm understanding now, five weeks in: 🧩 My brain isn't broken, it's just been running the wrong operating system. Once I stopped fighting it and started working with it, everything got easier. 🧩 I don't need more willpower. I need better scaffolding or framworks. Environment, rhythms and biology do the heavy lifting that willpower was never designed for. 🧩 Avoidance isn't laziness. It's almost always a nervous system trying to protect me from a feeling. Name the feeling, and the task gets smaller. 🧩 Consistency beats perfection, every single time. "Never miss two days in a row" is a quieter, kinder rule than "be perfect." 🧩 The identity comes first. Behaviour follows. Not the other way around. None of this is theory for me anymore. It's showing up in how I plan, how I recover from a wobble, how I talk to myself when something doesn't land, and how I choose what gets my energy. What I'd say to you: 🌱 If you joined and then quietly disappeared, you are not broken, you are ADHD. The novelty wore off, something shinier appeared, life happened. Come back. You haven't missed anything you can't catch up on. 🌱 If you're hovering on the 5-Day, just do the 5 days. It's a lit match, not a lifetime contract. It might flicker out, or it might start something. You won't know until you strike it.
