Weighted Calisthenics
So i started weighted calisthenics to get some skills, strength and muscle mass. now i got some questions using weighted calisthenics and the skill i want to achieve (hspu, fl, mu, etc) how many sets, rest time and rep range if i should go to failure or not. i train 5 times a week so yeah
for strength, keep the reps low 3-5. train relatively to failure as you train five times a week, you don't want to overfatigue yourself

Hey guys, I am finally am able to do the muscle ups but now I want to increase my reps for it and my power for it so it looks smooth when I do it. Any tips?

Hi! How do i start guys
So i have here dilemma how to structure training routine. To learn skills like front lever,human flag, handstand push up. Because i trained like 2 years right now in gym so here is quick stats: 120kg on squat 155kg on deadlift 75kg on bench 40kg on pull ups 35 kg on dips For one rep ofc. So what im asking how do i should train. With weighted calisthenics or emom and how do i add skills training
that's are some good stats. So you want to focus only on one or two skills at a time otherwise you're spreading yourself too thin. start with adding pull ups and dips as compound lifts in your workouts then add weights to it

I don’t know how I did it but I finally lift my legs off the ground I know it’s not perfect form my shoulders need to be a bit higher and elbow in a 90 degree angle but well it’s this or nothing. Getting closer to the handstand push up
