Weighted Calisthenics
So i started weighted calisthenics to get some skills, strength and muscle mass. now i got some questions using weighted calisthenics and the skill i want to achieve (hspu, fl, mu, etc) how many sets, rest time and rep range if i should go to failure or not. i train 5 times a week so yeah

Diet problem
Hey guys so i have been dieting for 2 months now (bulking) i have a huge problem now i asked chatgpt to give me my macros which are 128g protein 370carbs 70g fat I have a problem with carbs its hard to get it and i get full pretty fast from it so i dont know if its a problem in chatgpt or something, and my question is can i eat 270g of carbs insted? here is my info: 58kg 168cm 16 year old Male.

@Chan Woo Park nevermind i just checked my maintenance i think its perfect ill pump it up by 250 calories. so im gussing ill eat like 2380 insted of 2100

Hello guys
Hi everyone i have a goal which i want to achieve but people say i should either pick physique or skills. Im Salem 16 year olds. 168cm and 58kgs, i have been working out for 4 months and it goes good until someone told me i need to not go to failure if i want skills but others tell me if i want to get a physique and im lean bulking should i do hard or light cardios? @Paul Paris Thanks for the reply! Also, if that’s you, you’re looking huge, man. And yeah, I guess it can get tough training for both. I’ve got a question though, if I train more for aesthetics and not monster mass, can I still get good skills? as a handstand, front lever , hspu and planche not crazy stuff. Right now, I’m planning to focus on strength this year, then shift to skills after that. But if I can build a solid physique along the way, I’m all for it.
