So i have here dilemma how to structure training routine. To learn skills like front lever,human flag, handstand push up.
Because i trained like 2 years right now in gym so here is quick stats:
120kg on squat
155kg on deadlift
75kg on bench
40kg on pull ups
35 kg on dips
For one rep ofc.
So what im asking how do i should train. With weighted calisthenics or emom and how do i add skills training
