Weighted Calisthenics
So i started weighted calisthenics to get some skills, strength and muscle mass. now i got some questions using weighted calisthenics and the skill i want to achieve (hspu, fl, mu, etc) how many sets, rest time and rep range if i should go to failure or not. i train 5 times a week so yeah
