Yogurt & Pineapple Crunchies
Just sharing my little go to snacks which i often do especially when its hot outside.... for this specific one i used... ๐Ÿ˜‹150g of Low fat Greek yogurt ** 90kcal ๐Ÿ158g of chopped pineapple ** 79-80 kcal (can use other fruits as well, but i prefer the pineapple) ๐Ÿช2 Wholemeal Biscuit **140kcal (crushed in small pieces.. but not too finely..) Total= Protein 18.8g...Carbs 48g....Fiber 4.2g Total Calories = 309-310 kcal (about) Mix everything together and scoop little portions out and freeze them for 2-3 hours and they are done๐Ÿ˜‹ (you can drizzle a little honey on it as well if you want a sweeter taste or if kids are having it as well, like i did mine today) I get 10-12 pieces depending on the size and each is about 25-26kcal...

You guys NEED to try this...
- 150g frozen pineapple - 200g non-fat yogurt - 20g honey - 15g protein powder (unflavored, unsweet) - 34g protein - 0g fat - 45g carbs - 303 calories You guys will go crazy for this smoothie. It tastes fantastic and the macros are right on. Since protein powders can vary, aim for ~13g of protein from your protein powder. P.S. for easy blending, add the ingredients in the order listed. Enjoy!!

Favourite food
What is the one food that you just love so much that if you could have this meal at a lower calories, you would eat it everyday? I would say bibimbap for me. And I have tried many times to make it in a lower calories by changing the protein and not having the sauce but maybe I should try Coconut Aminos ?

Hungry Dadโ€™s Plate
Throwback to my dinner last Sunday (I am the hungry dad). Dry-brined a 214g beef flank steak with 1.5g - 2g salt (can't rmb exactly) for 2hrs, then tossed it into a screaming hot stainless steel pan with a small amount of avocado oil (approx 1tsp). Reheated the sweet potato fries (27g) that I made earlier, seasoned with salt and chicken fat, roasted in the oven. Broccoli (108g) and edamame beans (25g) were just thawed & boiled from frozen, with some cajun seasoning seasoned over them, paired with store bought kimchi (99g). Lastly... 62g white rice "leftovers" from the rice I made for wife and daughter. Macros: - 34.6g carbs - 52.8g protein - 24.9g fat - 618kcal I was stuffed!

@Kuan Yu Ho Haha, yeah nailing the color is so tough on thinner cuts. I can never get it right with those so I always opt for the thicker ones, but they get so pricey! The pink on yours is pretty great especially for the cut!

Hey! I'm Ray, from Wisconsin, USA. I'm trying to lean out more. I've personally found it tricky due to the energy level I want to maintain for competitive tennis. Striking the right balance between carbs + expenditure turns into a bit of a guessing game. I'd really like to be able to maintain a deficit while keeping my movement explosive! Looks like a cool group. Excited to read some more and check out these courses.
