Program 1~Changes
I chose program 1, because i honestly want to be consistent with the workouts and with the changes in my life in starting end of next week with moving from one country to another, even if it is moving back home, resettling back in your home, routines, changing habits, new job environment, new responsibilities after 2 years its a little challenge on its own and with this program I know realistically that i will be able to maintain it through all of these changes, until things have settled and iv gotten my rhythm back again.🤓

@Usra Shah Definitely, because i want to stay consistent even with all the hassles of the move, i thought like better be at a lower/slower rate now and keep up with it than doing more and not be consistent. Thanks for the support.

@Mónica Boaventura yes and find now that even twice a week with so many going back and forth with packing and all being difficult. Like you said once im more settled in then il be more focus and make changes, yes so far all good, just busy you know. thanks

Grateful for sooo many things, two main things. 1. Grateful to see my son grow up healthy, the mum & son times we have and him making his own way in life. 2. To wake up healthy & whole everyday (cause i rarely get sick) and have to privilege choose what i eat, how to live and the ability to move my body.

You are right there will never be a perfect time, we just have to do it, but honestly for me it has been the Mobility Movements. I say i would do it morning, then i push to afternoons then i find its a new day again😑.I think this post is a reminder for me to just do it
