Just sharing my little go to snacks which i often do especially when its hot outside.... for this specific one i used...
😋150g of Low fat Greek yogurt ** 90kcal 🍍158g of chopped pineapple ** 79-80 kcal (can use other fruits as well, but i prefer the pineapple) 🍪2 Wholemeal Biscuit **140kcal (crushed in small pieces.. but not too finely..)
Total= Protein 18.8g...Carbs 48g....Fiber 4.2g
Total Calories = 309-310 kcal (about)
Mix everything together and scoop little portions out and freeze them for 2-3 hours and they are done😋 (you can drizzle a little honey on it as well if you want a sweeter taste or if kids are having it as well, like i did mine today)
I get 10-12 pieces depending on the size and each is about 25-26kcal...
