Future morning Mélanie is super grateful
1 of these shake bags will last 1-3 days worth of shakes depending on how many of the family team is wanting one. And i have enough to last a couple months. Took less then 30 minutes with welcomed kidstractions 😂 But if you like shakes and *this* feels too much that's ok. For a slight premium but cheaper than take out I've seen shake packs sold in the freezer section or by subscription. Anyone else do this? What's your favorite recipe? Systems > willpower

Video Drop The Most Common Trap in Mindful Eating
Hey friends 💛 I just recorded a new video on something I've been thinking about a lot lately and honestly, something I've seen over and over again in practice... 🧠 Mindful eating can look like mindfulness but sometimes, it's just control in disguise. The voices in our head? The "shoulds"? The trying to do it right? 👉 That’s not your body talking. 👉 That’s not mindfulness. 👉 That’s pressure. So I made a video to unpack the difference between true mindful eating (which is about presence, kindness, and trust) vs diet culture mental chatter wearing a mindfulness mask. How does this land? Comment Below!

"Mindfulness isn't a voice in your head, its an experience in your body" 🙌 Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Saturday Vibes
Family time and Date night with my hubby! Date night with my hubby is honestly one of my biggest systems win of 2025! We had this great babysitter but planning ahead .. Meant ... it rarely happened. Then I thought. What if we committed to the first Saturday of the month? Reoccurring predictable date night. We can always move one when we have to, but NOW the default is a monthly, reoccurring date night. Well guess what my friend? This is date night # 4 ... it worked. It was not an intention problem, it was a mental load capacity + systems problem So many of our health goals are a little less about us and a little more about the systems that make it easier or harder. Putting this one in the WINS category... because relationships (all of types of relationships not just the partnership ones) play a huge role in your overall health. 🫶 Mel What are your Saturday vibes and what 2025 win are you most proud of? Share below :)

Win! Love this, we have had only a handful of date nights since having kids! Good intentions that we never solidify and put into place!
💛 Mindful Eating First (You Can't Out Eat A Disconnected Body)
Eating is one of the greatest repeating acts of self-love… ...or at least, it can be. Because if you’re gonna do it multiple times a day, every day, why not make it a good experience? Not rigid. Not rushed. Not disconnected. But like a real love affair with your body, your values, your food. I just recorded a short video that I need you to see if: 🌀 You’re checking all the nutrition boxes 🍽️ But your meals still feel… off ⚡ Or you’re doing “everything right” and it’s still not clicking There’s one powerful foundation we need to rebuild, and most people completely miss it. This is one of the most important shifts I guide my clients through, and in this video, I share the why, the what, and the first step to finally feeling connected again. 👉 What do you notice when you eat on autopilot…versus when you're really present with your food? Your comment might help someone else feel seen. Drop it below 👇

Great video! I use to struggle with GERD for a number of years and one of the greatest things I could do to alleviate symptoms was slow down when I eat, be aware of how much I am chewing etc. Mindful eating is so important to our health!
✨ Sunday Shift Group Challenge: Beginning a Love Affair With Eating the mindful edition ✨
A few grounding reminders before we dive in: 🌟 1) We reset every Sunday — but YOU don’t have to post on Sundays. Your only job is to show up once this week and reflect + set intention. That rhythm is what creates growth. 🌟 2) Showing up is still the work. Just awareness → adjustment → forward momentum. You got this ✨ TWO OPTIONS: Choose YOUR Adventure ──────────────────────────── ✅ OPTION 1: Self-Led Vision ──────────────────────────── If you’ve been following your own personal North Star — stick with it. Your identity-led path always comes first. Create a NEW POST, tag **Shift Commitment**, and share: • How last week went aka what did you learn • Your Good / Better / Best for this week • One intention you’re carrying into December 🔎 Not sure how to set Good/Better/Best? Go to Classroom → Start Here → Sunday Shifts for a quick walkthrough. ──────────────────────────── ✅ OPTION 2: Our Next Group Mini Dec Challenge: A Love Affair With Eating The Mindful Edition ──────────────────────────── Hi friends, Welcome to Week 1 of our December Mindful Eating Challenge. This month, we’re stripping things back to the smallest, most powerful foundation: learning how to actually be with our food again. Not with rules. Not with pressure. Not with “good vs bad.” But with presence. With curiosity. With a little tenderness toward the body you wake up in every day. Think of this month as the start of a gentle love affair with your food and with yourself. Not in the indulgent, “eat all the feelings” way. In the mindful, grounded, nervous-system kind of way. A love affair that sounds like: - I slow down enough to taste - I pause long enough to hear my cues - I choose nourishment over autopilot - I respect my body enough to listen This first Sunday Shift is simply about noticing where you are starting from without judgment. Reflection Questions:Choose one or all: 1. What is my relationship with eating like right now: rushed, distracted, stressed, disconnected, habitual? 2. When was the last time I truly tasted my food? 3. Which cues feel loud, and which feel quiet? 4. What do I hope reconnecting with my food will give me this month?

Love this! Eating is always rushed, distracted and disconnected, I mostly eat my food at the kitchen counter standing as the rest of my family sits around it :) Would love to reconnect with my food and slow down and enjoy it!
