✨ Sunday Shift Group Challenge: Beginning a Love Affair With Eating the mindful edition ✨
A few grounding reminders before we dive in: 🌟 1) We reset every Sunday — but YOU don’t have to post on Sundays. Your only job is to show up once this week and reflect + set intention. That rhythm is what creates growth. 🌟 2) Showing up is still the work. Just awareness → adjustment → forward momentum. You got this ✨ TWO OPTIONS: Choose YOUR Adventure ──────────────────────────── ✅ OPTION 1: Self-Led Vision ──────────────────────────── If you’ve been following your own personal North Star — stick with it. Your identity-led path always comes first. Create a NEW POST, tag **Shift Commitment**, and share: • How last week went aka what did you learn • Your Good / Better / Best for this week • One intention you’re carrying into December 🔎 Not sure how to set Good/Better/Best? Go to Classroom → Start Here → Sunday Shifts for a quick walkthrough. ──────────────────────────── ✅ OPTION 2: Our Next Group Mini Dec Challenge: A Love Affair With Eating The Mindful Edition ──────────────────────────── Hi friends, Welcome to Week 1 of our December Mindful Eating Challenge. This month, we’re stripping things back to the smallest, most powerful foundation: learning how to actually be with our food again. Not with rules. Not with pressure. Not with “good vs bad.” But with presence. With curiosity. With a little tenderness toward the body you wake up in every day. Think of this month as the start of a gentle love affair with your food and with yourself. Not in the indulgent, “eat all the feelings” way. In the mindful, grounded, nervous-system kind of way. A love affair that sounds like: - I slow down enough to taste - I pause long enough to hear my cues - I choose nourishment over autopilot - I respect my body enough to listen This first Sunday Shift is simply about noticing where you are starting from without judgment. Reflection Questions:Choose one or all: 1. What is my relationship with eating like right now: rushed, distracted, stressed, disconnected, habitual? 2. When was the last time I truly tasted my food? 3. Which cues feel loud, and which feel quiet? 4. What do I hope reconnecting with my food will give me this month?
