1 of these shake bags will last 1-3 days worth of shakes depending on how many of the family team is wanting one. And i have enough to last a couple months.

Took less then 30 minutes with welcomed kidstractions 😂

But if you like shakes and *this* feels too much that's ok. For a slight premium but cheaper than take out I've seen shake packs sold in the freezer section or by subscription.

Anyone else do this? What's your favorite recipe?
