Day 9, Kick start Challenge
Today i start my day with seed cycling powder with warm water. Breakfast done with 2 slice bread with omelete and coffee Around 11 today i take 1 apple fruit Lunch today i make black channa aloo chat, 1 large bowl. Evening go for some shopping so only take tea before leaving Dinner today i eat khabsa, half plate chawal with bbq leg piece with chutney. Before sleep took 1 cup green tea. Steps count today is around 5500.
