I intentionally lingered in bed until 8am; not sleeping but resting, praying, meditating, staying anchored, and not pushing harder. Use the weekend to watch, or rewatch, didactics. You are invited to add information to your Story Sheet! These two weeks you’ve already proven you’re tenacious, now practice trust in the process! Listen to your body, quiet your mind and let God lead the pace! Prepare for the Water Fast and schedule a Soak, if you're able. Remember that preparation is part of obedience, rest is part of strength and perseverance doesn’t always look loud. My favorites: just breathe, show up, speak life and don't give up!
