Progression
I have stretched for years. I used standard static stretching like most traditional trained martial arts. Progression is always slow. I am amazed, in the short period I have been completing the workouts in this course of just how much I am experiencing changes. Moreover, I am now realizing that my prior training methods more than likely would have never allowed me to reach my goals. Simply, I had part of my body in the way and never realized it (no pain) and to make matters worse I was not targeting that part of my body.
