Progression
I have stretched for years. I used standard static stretching like most traditional trained martial arts. Progression is always slow. I am amazed, in the short period I have been completing the workouts in this course of just how much I am experiencing changes. Moreover, I am now realizing that my prior training methods more than likely would have never allowed me to reach my goals. Simply, I had part of my body in the way and never realized it (no pain) and to make matters worse I was not targeting that part of my body. Big take away!

@Andre Victorian I believe the “order of operations” has been one of my biggest failure over the years.
Straddle training
I have at this point utilized ETS session 1 at least 5-6 times. It is amazing how much depth and benefit can be achieved even within the same training session when repeated with INTENTION.

@Shane Cote I taken the position that if it’s not hard there is not intention! You can make it easy, but you are cheating yourself

Introduction 👋
Hello dear people, my name is Bruno and I live in the country of Serbia. I like to train, both strength and martial arts. I saw on instagram Flextheory - Andre doing leg kicks and how flexible he is and I thought how nice it would be to help myself and start working more on mobility and flexibility and overall give my body eternal youth of movement. I am quite limited in certain points with flexibility and I would like to work on it and gradually become elastic 😁. I currently work two jobs, a firefighter and an electrician in my spare time. I like lifting weights and kickboxing. Cheers all and God speed

💪🏽
Hey everyone, Aymen here 👋🏽 Came across the group on Facebook and felt like this was the kind of community that could really help me level up the right way. My goal: to build real mastery over my body, strength, control, and movement that actually feels intentional. Biggest challenge: flexibility. I’m basically starting from zero 😅, so I’m here to learn, grow, and pick up the right habits from people who are already on the path. Looking forward to connecting and learning from the experience in this group. Cheers 🥂
