Intro
Hello everyone! My name is Danny. I'm a lifelong martial artist (wrestling, jiu jitsu, mma) and movement coach. I started working toward front and middle splits a few years ago, using various methods. I've gotten within a few inches of the ground, but progress has totally stalled in the last 6 months or so. I started learning gymnastics last year and realized how important mobility + power is for many of the advanced movements. So I'm determined to go all the way.
Andre's work caught my eye on IG, and when I learned he's in his 50s doing these movements I was inspired, as I'm in my 40s. I'm hoping a few months of zeroing in on this style - explosive mobility - I will break through some plateaus and learn some new effective strategies. And, I'm already learning new principles from a talented coach! Psyched to be here!
