I'm Jerry, I've been trying out some of the stretches from the IG. I joined because I'm looking for more structure with my fitness and life in general. I'm coming up on 6 months of muay thai and I know that better mobility will take my practice to the next level. Also, really hoping to address this back pain I've had for almost 2 decades from my first job.
Its a lotta content in here so I'll start with the hip sequence and take it from there. If anyone has any suggestions otherwise I'm all ears. Peace
