Please give a warm congratulations to !!! She showed up every day of the challenge, was often first to post her assignment and made awesome traction on her goal to run a 5K by signing up for one for the first time in years after an injury (from having run many marathons/etc.), she faced her fears to start walking again daily, created an inspiring tracker, and took action in her new daily exercise each day of the challenge.
A close second was Tobias who really put 100% effort into this as well and thank you to everyone who participated in the 5 day challenge fully with over 75 who registered--it takes a unique being to *actually* finish and complete it!
