How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? I’ve been meditating regularly for the last 4 years and it’s been just over a year since I started a daily morning routine. I get up at 5:00 am and meditate for 2 hours. I use Insight Timer and the first hour I use the timer and the second hour I use guided meditations. I noticed a significant shift over the last few months, a grounded feeling that stays with me throughout the day. Now I can’t even imagine beginning my day without meditating.

Hi! I just wanted to thank everyone again for being such an open and welcoming community. I was very overwhelmed yesterday and trying to talk without crying was impossible. Without going into all of the details, I have been on a 4 year long medical mystery tour, many diagnoses, none I agreed with. All of my attempts at physical activity, including physical therapy, would produce new and interesting symptoms and pain. 🤷‍♀️ Several weeks ago I had one of the most distinct synchronicities of my life. It was like my higher self shook me out of a nap I didn’t know I was taking. I have been following synchronicities and guidance ever since and that is what led me to find Anna Choi and this community. During the first class, day 2 of the challenge, my body was like, “Yay! She finally figured it out!” 🤭 I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Anna, for all of you and for this beautiful, magical world we create moment by moment. Blessings and love to all! ❤️
