And the Winner for the Retreat Giveaway is...
Please give a warm congratulations to @Gerbielyn Valentin Gerbielyn Valentin!!! She showed up every day of the challenge, was often first to post her assignment and made awesome traction on her goal to run a 5K by signing up for one for the first time in years after an injury (from having run many marathons/etc.), she faced her fears to start walking again daily, created an inspiring tracker, and took action in her new daily exercise each day of the challenge. A close second was Tobias who really put 100% effort into this as well and thank you to everyone who participated in the 5 day challenge fully with over 75 who registered--it takes a unique being to *actually* finish and complete it! Shout out to all the members who completed all 5 days: @Brooke Haynes @Deborah Kummerow @Elizabeth Nicholls @Tamara Ewashen @Melanie Trent @Jude Crawford @Gerbielyn Valentin Gerbielyn Valentin @Katy Curtis @Joni Derifield @Tobias Kerzenmacher @Katherine Van Slyke It's not too late. The 5 day challenge will continue on as an evergreen free training in our courses. 😊

@Catherine Perks agree, ive always known about breaking things down too, but the resistance really gets in the way, i think i was just missing a couple of skills to work through it, i'm looking forward to using what Anna has so generously shared with us.

@Anna Choi it feels good and i'm more likely to get up at the early time i prefer. and yes more trust to keep focused on small improvements to keep on top of my 'to-do' list each day.

I struggled to put my project on the desk in front of me, I discovered that i still put off doing that project but replaced it with an other art activity i had been putting off for a while that was meaningful to me. In doing that it has given me some ideas of how to approach watercolour that could be helpful to others in a workshop. I've realised the resistance technique is a tool ive been missing. I'm now excited about what i can do next, one step at a time.
