How many hours do you meditate per day?
What are your meditation habits? How consistent are you (ie. how many days/week) What's the difference in your life when you're meditating regularly or not? What has you stay motivated to meditate or not? What are your challenges/barriers to meditating consistently? Do you meditate guided or in silence? Also, comment if it's guided or in silence.

I meditate for 20 minutes probably consistently 5 days a week lately. My goal is 7. I am building back up from 2 or 3 days when I first joined. I have not made our morning prolonged mediation except once and found the prolonged session, which I never do, very grounding. I also incorporate time in nature and other moments of mindfulness and moving my body. It has really supported me in hearing my body, slowing my mind, building intuition, and clarity. For me, it is rather profoundly beneficial, as long as I have the frequent routine.

Career wise, I am retired Respiratory Therapist after working 30+ years in the field. My full time role in life now is as a member of an organization called I Am Humanity, highlighting the incredible work various individuals, groups and organizations are providing around the world in a variety of ways. We have our annual Humanity Day event coming up Oct 18, so this is dash time for me with the October event closing in.

When will You Rest Next? (Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 5)
I got an email from a community member sharing " Leaders are often asked to stretch, to raise their hand, to do more. We’re rarely asked to do less, say no, or pause. I’m deeply interested in how we navigate that tension between ambition and sustainability." All too often we don't rest. We finish and keep moving to the next thing, afraid to slow down or *gasp* stop. In spirit of going slower to rest and recharge, here's your challenge for week 5. MOJO MONDAY WEEKLY CHALLENGE 5 Block your next period of time off to truly relax and rest. Vacations may or may not count if you don't get real rest. If you accept, comment below "ACCEPT". When done, reply back to your accept comment "DONE" and comment on 2 other people's posts. If you completed Mojo Monday Weekly Challenge 4--let us know here on this post! And comment on at least 2 other people's post! Each Monday, you'll receive a weekly challenge practice to do in the next 48 hours that will help you look and feel 20 years younger. Challenge runs through end of September 2025. 2 more weeks!

Saturday afternoon and evening and all Sunday morning. Yum! It feels great already. I know the next month is quite busy for me and I have blocked off some time every week, and a week coming up in a month already blocked out. @Lori Theriault I am sorry to hear of this Lori, and am glad to hear you giving your space now for rest. Speedy recovery.

@Jude Crawford re "I would not hesitate to give someone else the permission to do that." Did you hear yourself say that? I hope you've given yourself permission for the whole 3 days! 💞

The votes are in! (see attached screenshots) The Top 3 Topics from last week's survey of roughly 30 respondents including this community was: 1. Release Negative Emotions in Organs with Korean Qigong 2. Master Your Emotions: 1 Thing that Keeps you Stuck 3. How to Optimize your Energy Kitchen Tour This was slightly different than data of top viewed videos online: 1. Release Negative Emotions in Organs with Korean Qigong 2. Deep Focus Work with Me 3. How to Optimize your Energy Kitchen Tour Your input helps inform future Wisdom Workshop Topics, blogs and youtube content. There's still a few more topics to test, and this was a great indicator. The clear winner across the board was Qigong intersecting with mastering emotions. So I'll focus on creating content for more variety of Qigong workouts. Please vote Qigong class length class works best for you below. Thanks! Anna
