3 Mistakes to Avoid When You’re Starting Workout!😮
Getting into workot is exciting, but it’s easy to fall into a few beginner traps that can slow down progress! Here are some common mistakes to look out for (and how to dodge them!)💪👇 1️⃣ Skipping the Basics: It’s tempting to dive straight into advanced moves, but foundational exercises build the strength needed for everything else. The basics go a long way to develop strength and control! Master these, and you’ll set yourself up for greater gains down the road. Simple is usually the most effective and easiest to stick with! 🔑 2️⃣ Doing Too Much, Too Soon: I get it, you’re all in and ready to give it 110%! But starting with a balanced routine and allowing for rest days is crucial for long-term success. Jumping in too hard can lead to fatigue and soreness, even injuries. Start small, recover well, and increase intensity as you build strength. 🛠️ 3️⃣ Not Seeking Knowledge: Taking action is key, but knowing how to do it right will maximize your efforts. Look up proper form for each exercise, understand how different training types affect your goals, and explore techniques for specific muscles. The more you know, the more gains you’ll see! 📚 What's the hardest part for you as a beginner? also, have any beginner tips or mistakes to share? Drop them in the comments! ⬇️

CONSISTENCY IN MY ACTIVITIES
A few years ago, I was in a place where I knew I needed to change something, but I didn’t yet know exactly what or how. I didn’t come from money, didn’t have a perfect roadmap, and definitely made more mistakes than I can count. What I did was a growing frustration with staying stuck and a willingness to keep trying even when things didn’t work. I started experimenting with different ways of making money online, learning e-commerce through experience rather than theory. Most attempts failed. Some worked for a while and then stopped. Slowly, through consistency, problem-solving, and learning from those failures, things began to compound. Today, that process has turned into an e-commerce business doing around €60,000 per month in revenue not overnight success, just the result of sticking with it longer than most people do. During that same period, I realized that business alone wasn’t enough. When my routines were sloppy, my focus suffered. When my health declined, so did my decision-making. That’s when I started taking training and discipline seriously. Bodyweight training became a foundation for building structure, patience, and mental resilience. Showing up consistently, even on low-energy days, taught me lessons that carried directly into business. Now, I see progress as something holistic. Physical strength, mental clarity, and financial stability all support each other. I joined this community because I respect people who take ownership of their bodies and their lives, and I believe being around that mindset raises your own standards. I’m here to keep improving, to learn from others who are further along, and to share real experiences when helpful — not as an expert, but as someone still in the process. let talk if you're interested
