Hows my max reps
I have been doing doing calisthenics again for a month or 2 and I want too see if i made good progress Il compare my starting stats in brackets Pullups 8 (1) Pushups 22 (15) Dips 15 (4) L sit hold 3sec (1sec) I have been neglecting skills but I am focusing more now
