Monday 80% fullbody 20% skills
Tuesday rest/mobility
Wednesday 50% fullbody 50%skills
Thursday rest/mobility
Friday 80%fullbody 20%skills
Saturday rest/mobility
Sunday rest
Every day I do a daily stretch but on most rest days il spend 20 min on flexibility and mobility
On rest days I might take a 20 to 30 min walk in the morning
