What’s for breakfast?
Yo what you guys eating for breakfast? If it’s not eggs, I love to have oats. Here’s a nice recipe to try. You can adjusted the protein/carbs/calories easily too. It’s great for bulking like a big fatty. • Dry quick/fast oats. There’s no cooking here so quick oats work well. I use about a half a big cup • Greek yogurt unless your racist then just use plain • Sugar free peanut butter 🥜 I used about a tablespoon because I’m a big boy 👦 • Whole fresh milf (you can also use milk) • If you’re not already fruity enough you can add some fruit. I love pears because they’re soft and gentle ❤️ • A pinch of organic clove powder for antioxidants 🙇 namaste 🙏 • if you need/want you can add a scoop of pure whey powder Smash all the ingredients in a bowl, add milk and enjoy. It actually tastes great btw

What’s your go to breakfast?
My favourite meal. I eat breakfast in the evening too! Granola with a fuckton of fruit, cookie or similar flavour protein powder, yoghurt, little bit of oats, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon, nuts, peanut butter. The cloves have a huge amount of antioxidants keeping free radicals at bay. Unpopular recommendation: dip the spoon in peanut butter. Then every bite has a little bit of pure peanut butter on it. ☺️ What’s your go to breakfast?

@Bella Feng protein bomb! I’m currently addicted to a sandwich with tuna, cheese, crispy onion, fresh onion, lots of pepper and oregano. Different veggies on the side. Whats something weird you really wanna try?
Favourite Protein Flavour?
For me Cookie flavour. Or if I don’t have it at the time some mixture of choc and vanilla that is very similar. At the moment I mix custard tart and choc banana! And always and forever with peanut butter, ideally crunchy. I don’t know if it’s an unpopular opinion but for me shakes are a huge treat. Like a moussy creamy as fuck dessert with secret crunch bits. What’s your favourite protein flavour? And are you big on shakes?

@Bella Feng oh my god! I’ve made a mind blowing vegan cheesecake smoothie before that fully tasted like cheesecake. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever tasted. The lemon zest was the big secret! What kind of workouts do you do? :)
How do you like your coffee? I’m a big coffee fan.
I brew mine in a French press with less water, so it’s nice and strong. Then I’ll add just the right amount of fresh milk if I have it. (a third or half of the whole cup) Fruity and biscuity aroma, lightly on the acidic side and with super creamy mouthfeel. Often I gotta have decaf because I’m sensitive to caffeine, but it’s still so fricking good. How do you like your coffee?

What’s 1 thing about working out that you don’t understand?
For me it’s how someone can be addicted to working out. I’d love to try step into the mindset of someone like that. What have you been wondering about? And are you one of the addicted?

@Lucas Torres cool! What keeps pulling you towards it? I haven’t learnt any calisthenics skills, but as a chick I’ve learnt pull-ups by just doing the 5 percent of a pull-up that I could do and it would grow to 10, 15 % in a few months… Not sure if that’s helpful!
