This week we’ve talked a lot about **your own standards**. But here’s the reality… Living by them isn’t always easy. Yesterday after making a promise, I made a decision to fully switch off and spend time with my son. If I’m honest, at first I felt guilty. Like I *should* be doing something else. Working. Catching up. Being “productive.” But one of my standards is being present with the people who matter most. So I stuck to it. And in the end? We had an amazing night. It reminded me of something important: **Your standards aren’t just about work — they’re about life.** Sometimes the standard is pushing harder. Sometimes the standard is being present. Both matter.
