G’Day Gentlemen, Today officially marks 2 years since I joined the RMRS Skool Community, to say it’s been an honour and a privilege to be apart of this group would be a grave understatement and I would like to thank @Antonio Cent and his team for creating such a great forum for like minded gentlemen from every corner of the world to share their wisdom and knowledge about men’s style. It seems like only yesterday that I joined this group as a soon to be 22-year old Australian and now as a soon to be 24-year old Australian, I’ve learned so much about men’s style from many gentlemen within this group that I consider as friends. I look forward to another year of being apart of this group, sharing my OOTDs and insights on men’s style, whilst learning more about men’s style from community members old and new. I also look forward to sharing the full extent of my top secret project that I’m currently working on sometime this year. Banjo

You can fake a lot of things. Intent isn't one of them. People feel it. They may not be able to articulate it… But they know. They know when you’re trying to serve. ...and they know when you’re trying to take. That energy shows up in everything. How you lead. How you help. How you communicate. How you compete. How you execute. If your motive is to win at someone else’s expense… To manipulate… To use… To extract… People will know. If your intent is to solve problems… To create value… To build something bigger than yourself… To truly help and be your best for others... People will know. You can't build anything great alone. ...and your intent will either be the reason people trust you, respect you, and want to be around you... Or the reason why they keep you at a distance.
