Shirt Sleeve Length... perfection?
Hi all, I have arms that fall between OTR shirt sleeve lengths: 35.25" - 35.3". While I am trying some bespoke dress shirts at this time, that's a longer-term solution. So, my tailor and I are beginning to adjust my shirt lengths. This is where my post comes in to play. There seems to be general agreement on the ideal shirt length, but there are variations. Copilot suggests the shirt should end either where the wrist meets the hand and "creases" or on or past the wrist bone. I have heard some suggest it is the middle of the wrist bone. ALSO, there seems to be agreement that French cuffs should end slightly lower (more towards the hand) than barrel cuffs. Now, I am understand that perfection is unobtainable. Of course, note that my profession is that of a measurement specialist in difficult to measure topics (e.g., depression). Moreover, I believe that part of my gentleman's journey is the pursuit of perfection, even when I know I will never get there. This duplicity is totally fine with me, as I believe striving for perfection drives us to continually learn, challenge ourselves, and grow beyond initial lessons learned on our path. I would love to hear where you all think the correct end of the shirt cuff should land. If it's precise, in your mind (e.g., exact middle of the wrist bone), please share that level of detail. If you firmly believe it is a range, please share that detail. I've put this as a survey, but really welcome the comments. Thank you all for your feedback.

The Sartorial Case for the Bengal Stripe Shirt
While the ubiquitous solid white or blue shirt serves as the predictable default of sartorial safety, the blue-and-white Bengal stripe represents a calculated rebellion against mediocrity, signaling an intellect that understands both classic tradition and subtle subversion. Its crisp, rhythmic stripes inject a dynamic visual texture that effortlessly bridges the gap between formal gravity and rakish charm, proving that you can negotiate a high-stakes merger while simultaneously looking like you might steal a yacht. Far from being a mere garment, this pattern operates as a versatile sartorial Swiss Army knife, pairing as naturally with a sober charcoal suit as it does with disheveled linen trousers for an impromptu weekend escape. To exclude this classic from your wardrobe is to willingly commit a crime of omission against your own aesthetic potential; invest in one, if only to give your navy blazers the sophisticated sparring partner they so richly deserve. https://propercloth.com/shop/search/bengal+shirt?sort=recommended
