Hi! Just started my Yoga Nidra journey few days ago! Been doing it a few times sporadically the least years Has any of you had experience in biting hard at night and jaw pain? Been to 3 different experts but no improvement Now I will try Yoga Nidra and see if this can solve the problem🙏🏻 Have not had a good night sleep in so long If I tape my mouth at night, I bite harder. If I don’t I mouth breathe and I get a jaw lock during the night Just need some reinforcement that yoga Nidra can help with this! And hear if anyone has experienced something similar
