What does "tired" actually feel like in your body?
We use the word "tired" like it's one thing.
But there are so many different variations of exhaustion, and your body knows exactly which one you're in, even when your mind doesn't.
When you're "tired," it usually feels like:
Heavy — like I can't lift myself off the ground
Wired but flat — running on fumes but can't stop
Anxious and restless, even when I sit still
Numb — I can't feel much of anything at all
