Why I really went deep into Yoga Nidra. It wasn't a plan to build a school of over 1k people.

It was cancer... and a moment where I genuinely didn't know if I was going to make it.

What I found in that space is the reason this community exists. And it's the reason the Nova Nidra Teacher Training exists, too.
