2. Your Homework for the Week 📚
A) Try sitting still and trying Andrew Huberman's NSDR (Non-Sleep-Deep-Rest), there's no perfect way of doing this. Listen to video and follow instructions (preferably a quiet place to rest).
I typically use this for before games, after tough workouts or times where I feel like my mind and body needs to time to relax. (AKA my mind is racing/exhausted)
Great recovery tool - embracing stillness, giving your body a mental/physical reset.
