Our Weekly Schedule As Follows πŸ“… - Personal video analyst will be sent on demand like last week - Wednesday Morning Group Workout @7AM (EST) - Drop in / check on Wednesday at 4PM (est) Shooting class if we'd like those back (let me know in comment section below) 2. Your Homework for the Week πŸ“š A) Try sitting still and trying Andrew Huberman's NSDR (Non-Sleep-Deep-Rest), there's no perfect way of doing this. Listen to video and follow instructions (preferably a quiet place to rest). I typically use this for before games, after tough workouts or times where I feel like my mind and body needs to time to relax. (AKA my mind is racing/exhausted) Great recovery tool - embracing stillness, giving your body a mental/physical reset. This is the 4th video below! Day 17/30 of the 30 day challenge. Tuesday August 19th.
Today the intensity was a 5-6/10. Nothing to simple, nothing to hard. Didn’t learn anything new just got better at some stuff I already new. I was challenged with doing a large range of motion cause my shooting pad was not the best shape. I am exited for the leg workout on day 18.
