if you’re actually trying to stay confident this season You’ve already lost if you stopped training like it was the off-season In-season doesn’t mean you just play hockey Strength training is a non-negotiable nowadays If you a player who actually wants to make a career out of this. You don’t see results overnight, it’s going to take some tough days But please stop making excuses that “you’re busy” just because life got busy again - schools an excuse Everyone has the same 24hrs — The question is what do you do with yours? Put your priorities 1st Everytime you make an excuse you give the things you deem as “hard” to have power over you Working out, picking up a book, watching game film These aren’ not easy to do But that’s why those who do them Have way more confidence than you So put the phone down and take 20-30 mins a day to work on yourself and your game.
