Stats: Wall sit - 7:19 Push ups - 18 Plank - 44 1. Intensity 7/10 2. What did you learn today? Did you make any improvements? Today I learned that I need to push my body harder than I’m used too, to get my max result and that I can last longer than I’m used to when I don’t think about it. 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I was challenged with keeping good form while doing the plank and the wall sit a little bit but as I went further into it I fixed my form. 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? Tomorrow I am exited to see how my shot is going to be, my accuracy and power.
