1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 6/10 2. What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? i improved a bit my backhand durind some drills 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? my backhand wsent too bad but i improved it in those drills 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? im excited to play my soccer game tomorrow and hope that we win 5. DONT HAVE A PHOTO FORGOT TO TAKE ONE

1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 6/10 kinda light today with shooting 2. What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? i learned to not stickhandle much to place the puck (luke told me that) 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? not really just that it was dark outside so i couldnt really see 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? too play some soccer and relax for the day, and probably shoot pucks
Day 2/30 - Fitness Test - 8/7
Stats: Wall sit - 7:19 Push ups - 18 Plank - 44 1. Intensity 7/10 2. What did you learn today? Did you make any improvements? Today I learned that I need to push my body harder than I’m used too, to get my max result and that I can last longer than I’m used to when I don’t think about it. 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I was challenged with keeping good form while doing the plank and the wall sit a little bit but as I went further into it I fixed my form. 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? Tomorrow I am exited to see how my shot is going to be, my accuracy and power.

1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 10/10 the push up and the pull ups were insanely hard at the end 2. What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? That I can do anything I just need to show up 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? My challenge was the push ups and the pull ups and for the last push for the run I was sweating really bad 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? That I have 2 workouts (one is with Luke) and I have ball hockey

1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 100/10 2. What did you learn while doing Day 6?Did you make any improvements? I learned that pull ups are way harder then I thought. 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? The mile at the end was a grind,I’m surprised I didn’t throw up during that second mile. 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? To keep it consistent for a week straight
