Day 29/30 - Murph #2 - August 29th✅
1. Intensity 10/10 honestly felt a bit easier then the first time but was still intense 2. What did you learn today? Did you make any improvements? I learned that my pull-ups still need work. 3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? The most challenging part was the pull-ups this time. I used bands with less resistance so the pull-ups were a bit harder then last time in general. 4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? Tomorrow I look forward to a mindful reflection to close out the 30 day challenge
