Accountability Call Replay - May 7, 2026

Weekly Wins:
  • Successfully following intensive rosacea cleanse with multiple daily requirements (warm lemon water, detox tea, supplements, bone broth, protein smoothie, etc.)
  • Avoiding gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and processed foods without cheating despite family eating different foods
  • Skin clearing up quickly
  • Not experiencing hunger or temptation, which was unexpected
  • Eating salad every day with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and celery
  • Doing sciatica exercises twice daily - causing pain in morning but feeling better by afternoon
  • Worked in yard multiple days despite snowy weather
  • Stretching exercises helping shoulder recovery (95% healed) and restored ability to open jars and cans
  • Set up goal tracking system using AI Cloud tool
  • Did poetry writing all but one day this week
  • Did music mixing all but one day (trying for one hour sessions)
  • Most consistent with goals so far
  • Used hand bike for 10 minutes on Saturday and Monday (2 out of 3 planned sessions)
  • Completed Botox injection for next seven months
  • Traveled to Toronto and back safely
  • Found therapeutic riding place (currently on waitlist)
  • Created workout plan including triceps exercises in chair
  • Major win: Neighbor provided aluminum ramp that allows independent access to balcony
  • Can now get onto balcony and back inside independently
  • Receives weekly Thursday emails from James Clear with quotes and questions
  • Discovered new neighbor may be horse person based on footwear
  • Maintaining awareness of posture during walking - sometimes able to stand straight while walking
  • Attended Courage Kenny lecture about adaptive sports and recreation
  • Discovered many more adaptive sports options than expected: swimming, pickleball, skiing
  • Considering trying skiing this winter (never skied before)
  • Got new haircut that she was initially hesitant about but ended up loving
  • Active with intentional movement all week
  • Listening to Atomic Habits audiobook
  • Used ChatGPT to identify which Atomic Habits chapter to listen to before sleep
  • Working on making house more accessible, organizing based on what works for both her and her husband
  • Chapter listened to validated her efforts to set up environment properly
  • Solved technical problem independently (getting camera to work in meeting) despite considering herself "one of the least techie people"
  • Working on muscle imbalances to build confidence for opposite direction transfers
  • Consciously working from left side to make movements more natural
  • Started looking into protein intake improvement and creatine supplementation
  • Maintaining consistent 3x/week workouts
