My goals are to find exercises/stretches that can help with strength /movement that will help me specifically with getting my new chair into my car. This kind of is a pivot from my intentional movement. I really want to be able to lift my chair up/over myself to put my frame in the passenger or back seat. I need to work on strength in general, but if i can find even one thing i do everyday that can help me get a little closer to being able to lift it up and over. (attached are pictures of my “old” chair and my “new” chair that just came in today)
Opened a jar!
I used the breath technique I think Jan mentioned. It worked!
Worth reading 10x!
Who's loving Atomic Habits so far!? This passage on page 19 is so relevant to the conversation that we had in our last accountability call! @Claudia Wondra - negative thoughts compound and cloud the lense through which we see our whole life. I'm so glad you were brave enough to shine a light on your negative thoughts and are beginning to compound positive thoughts. Your vulnerability has given me so much food for thought over the last few weeks and has helped me challenge my own limiting beliefs.
Worth reading 10x!

Spring Into Health Rescheduled to June
I'm soooooo sorry that I didn't post about this! I mentioned it in the Accountability Call but forgot to post about it! The nutrition course that I'll be hosting (labeled Spring Into Health in the Calendar) is going to be postponed until the beginning of June. I'd like to get more people into the community before we begin and just didn't get a chance to do any promotion! If you guys would like to invite people to join the group I'd be so appreciative. I'd like to grow the community and make it an amazing place full of people with disabilities of all kinds working towards their goals together!
