Weekly Wins: @Claudia Wondra did double the amount of laps (4 instead of 2) in Zeen walker (https://gozeen.com/?srsltid=AfmBOopmhn_99QEfXkGlmQEtVojaM8bcf7Gkhxth-ZV8Fjsk-8LOv7fa)! @Ryan Muir successfully planted his garden and has signs of life!!!! Grow baby grow! He also crushed 2.25 miles on his arm bike today! @Tanya Parker has continued to show up for group workouts and meetings, is working on organizing her office, AND made a brilliant suggestion for out book club coming up at the end of the month! @Jim Smith has faithfully attended all the group workouts! @Julie Burgess has jumped into the Happy, Healthy, Awesome Project with both feet (hehe!) - joining all the workouts and other meetings AND tracking her food for the last 12 days! @Jan Fletcher got a rare glimpse of the quiet world outside of her apartment at 2am when she had to take her dog out so he could take an explosive diarrhea poop! She's counting her adventure with her pup as a win because she made it outside before the poop fiasco lol! @Nolan Watson has landed a collaboration with a musician to turn one of his poems into a song! Soo cool! @Brittney Neunzig successfully camped in a tent for the first time in over 15 years and DOMINATED the wilderness lol. She even pooped in a porta potty! Ready - Set - Goal! @Claudia Wondra wants to work on lifting her left leg off the ground when she's using her walker and dragging it less. @Ryan Muir is gonna keep his little garden alive by going out everyday to water and weed. He's also going to continue to show up for group workouts! @Tanya Parker is going to re-commit to making a daily schedule and sending it to @Brittney Neunzig, as well as continue to organize her office and exercise during the week!

Well I remembered to weigh myself this morning, as you can imagine it's been hectic moving home but I think it's all been worth it. Today I lost weight again, 94.5 Kg which I am happy with. I won't be on the accountability call as I'm still doing my NHS nutrition course for another couple of weeks so I will see you all Friday ♥️

Nice and steady weight loss this week again. Lost 1.5Kg (3.3lb). This morning I weighed 95.2Kg (209.88lb) 14.99st. I started this journey 10 weeks ago at a weight of 116.7Kg (257.28lb) 18.39 St. That's a loss of 21.5Kg (47.4lb) 3.38 St. Through diet and calories counting daily, working out with hand weights, walking on crutches 100m a day, everyday and spending 30mins a day with you guys and girls under Britney😊 I'm taking that as a Win and I'm f**king smashing it 😎💪♥️

I’m getting reminders that the Accountability Seminar is on tomorrow but I’m thinking this is not true?
Alcohol
Okay. I have been in this journey with alcohol. I noticed how I just want to feel better. But I find myself having a drink here and there. I don’t know why honestly I do that after. It having it for a bit. There’s no point. Does anyone have any tips? I mean I feel like I over analyze and dwell on things am somewhat anxious over things so I think it’ll help chill me. I am even talking about like 1/2 a shot. I started having 1/2 drinks long ago to help cut down while still feeling like I’m having more when I’m not. It helped me a lot. But I still go for that 1/2. It’s a waste. There’s no point to poisoning my body. Any advice? I would love to also not boredom eat. That’s a huge one.
