April 30 - May 6: Let's Post Our Goals!
It's that time of the week again! Let's stay committed to forming healthy habits and crushing our goals! WHAT ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS THIS WEEK? I'm doubling down on my stretching routine. I've written three unique stretching programs that are much more INTENSE and will be doing them LIVE right here every weekday @9AM Mountain Time. Come join me if you can! I'm also going to MAKE A MEAL PLAN for a cleanse that I'm starting to help HEAL MY ROSACEA! It's a very ambitious cleanse with lots of moving parts so wish me luck! ACCOUNTABILITY CALLOUTS: Here's what the folks at the Accountability Call said they are going to work on this week: @Tanya Parker Intentional movement daily and reading Atomic Habits @Jim Smith Read Atomic Habits, doing sciatica exercises, get moving more throughout the day @Ryan Muir Use hand bike 10 minutes per day @Claudia Wondra Continue working on posture and positive thoughs @Nolan Watson Continue writing poetry, mixing music, and finding a good way to track habits

I think I figured out how to track my goals. I used the free version of Claude, the AI, and it coded this HTML file that lets me track my goals, which I can modify later on my own if I want to change the goals. I can send a screenshot later. It wouldn’t be a great solution for random one-off goals though, but it works well for my purposes. You just have to download the file and save it somewhere, and the file opens in your browser. Also, I have this startup folder on my browser with the tabs I usually open, which I generally open multiple times throughout the day, so I just added it as a favourite and added it to that folder. So now there’s very little friction.

@Brittney Neunzig Well, I didn't have to do a lot. Claude did most of it, I just gave some additional directions, like starting the week on Thursday. But yeah, I can help you with it.
April 16 - April 22: Let's post our goals!
My goal for this week is to continue doing stretches everyday AND to make a few different stretching routine variations that I can cycle through! What are your goals for this week!?

@Brittney Neunzig Challenge accepted, I could even read it at the next meeting. My favourite poet is probably Dante, and my favourite poem is probably his Divine Comedy, but it’s an epic poem so it’s really long. My favourite short poem is probably this one: Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening By Robert Frost Whose woods these are I think I know. His house is in the village though; He will not see me stopping here To watch his woods fill up with snow. My little horse must think it queer To stop without a farmhouse near Between the woods and frozen lake The darkest evening of the year. He gives his harness bells a shake To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound’s the sweep Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep.

@Chris Francis I'll definitely share something this week.
Poll time! What time works for you?
I'd like to take a quick poll to see what time works best for everyone during the week for the Accountability Call! All times are Mountain Standard Time!

All of these times work for me, 5 PM wouldn’t be ideal though.

I’m doing well with my goals so far. My goal for the first week was something I was pretty much already doing, but I have a few ideas for some potential new small goals going forward.
April 9 - April 15: What is ONE thing you’re committing to this week?
My goal for this week is to do an upper body stretching routine everyday for 10 minutes. My outcome goal (end result): to reduce pain (tension headaches, sore muscles and joints) 𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 (𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞): 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬. My performance goal (how I will measure my success): I will get less tension headaches and have more range of motion in my wrists, elbows and shoulders As you can see I am ONLY focusing on my PROCESS GOAL, which is the ACTION/BEHAVIORS I will commit to. The other two goals are the result of my actions. 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐆𝐎𝐀𝐋(𝐒) 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐖!
