has continued to show up for group workouts and meetings, is working on organizing her office, AND made a brilliant suggestion for out book club coming up at the end of the month!
has jumped into the Happy, Healthy, Awesome Project with both feet (hehe!) - joining all the workouts and other meetings AND tracking her food for the last 12 days!
got a rare glimpse of the quiet world outside of her apartment at 2am when she had to take her dog out so he could take an explosive diarrhea poop! She's counting her adventure with her pup as a win because she made it outside before the poop fiasco lol!
is getting ambitious this week - he wants to show up for all the group exercise classes, add in lower extremity exercises twice daily at around 10am and 3pm AND eat at least 2 servings of fruits and veggies a day!
has a big audacious goal to lose weight and gain core strength so she can improve her balance - she is committed to tracking her food and is gong to meet with
is going to be intentional with her eating and focus on stopping when she is full and not overindulging in anything. She also wants to create more value in the community by getting more workout and other educational modules posted!
