I thought I would share my daily workout, they are all separate videos because I'm not clever and don't know how to sprinkle fairy dust on them to merge them into one. I try and do them before 10.00hrs which is when I have a banana or apple for breakfast and always drink 700ml of water before I start at 08.00hrs approx. The weights in the morning are 1Kg(2.2pound). I walk with crutches 100m and then 20 sit to stands straight after. I then, after a small lunch usually at 12.00hrs, I do the weights again except I use 3Kg(6.6pound) but halve the reps to 25 instead of 50. Then I join Brit at 16.00hrs with you guys and girls to do some stretching and cardio before dinner at 18.00hrs. As you all know I am trying to loose weight and gain muscle for health and more important mental wellbeing. At 55 you can imagine how motivated I have to be and joining Brit and you guys keep me on the straight and narrow (accountable) with daily exercise and diet routine that I have put together. We will talk about the food I eat when we start the nutrition with Brit in June. Since 23/04/2026 I weighed 116.7Kg(18stone 5.2pound) I weighed yesterday 28/05/2026 at 103.9Kg(17stone 13.1pound) a loss of 12.8Kg(28.22 pound).
