Amazon compression socks £7.64 for 3
Well they fit, very tight to get on but comfortable with no toe bunching. I'm impressed. For the fashion guru's they are black. Worn today with my Slip in Vegan friendly Sketchers. I love my Sketchers, I have 3 pairs which are superb quality and Vegan friendly which I personally find hilarious but understand.

Sheet Pan Dinners?
Does anyone here make Sheet Pan Dinners? I’ve never tried them. In theory, it seems like an easy way to get and control my protein and my vegetables in a “one-dish” format. I was thinking of chicken and an assortment of vegetables - peppers & onions, and maybe a starch (potato). The recipe I see today is Hawaiian-themed and has the bonus of fruit (pineapple). Any thoughts?

I take it a sheet pan is a roasting tin. Sounds good. You could do this in a airfryer which is what I did on Sunday. Airfryers are quicker and cheaper to run compared to a conventional oven. I alternate chicken or salmon each day. Baked potato or rice, cous cous, quinoa. I use raw red pepper, celery, tomatoes and celery as my daily vegetable intake of 50g of each. Fruit I have 2 kiwi's, banana, apple and 50g blueberries daily.. On top I have 25g of grenola and mixed nuts for energy. I try and keep my electricity cost to a bare minimum because of my benefits are low so I like to buy good quality fresh food weekly which comes in at £60 per week. If you can eat raw vegetables this is good for cutting cooking times and energy cost. Seriously think of purchasing a good two basket air fryer like the Ninja one I have approx £230. Plus a microwave for cooking frozen vegetables and frozen jacket potatoes. Hope this helps.
I feel privileged
Now I have moved into my new wonderful home I am able to use my dinning room as my gym. I feel very lucky to be in this situation now after 22 months of best described as hell. Now I am trying to help others less fortunate than me by getting my own story heard and pushing for change for people's own safety, wellbeing and dignity 💪❤️

@Brittney Neunzig just goes to prove I could do it. My delivery yesterday was for a battery strimmer which I was putting together during the podcast.

@Brittney Neunzig frozen peppers, mush and spinich, 4 min in the microwave. Frozen roast potatoes and parsnips in the airfryer for 20 min and sirloin in the george foreman grill for 7 minutes. The calaries worked out to 800 ish.. Not bad and a change to my fish and chicken diet. I do salad everyday but not lettuce, devils food lol, gives me terrible wind and bloating. Did you know it takes your gut ages to break it down.
