Intro
Hi my name is Dana. I'm 5' 2" tall and weigh approx 215 lbs/97kg. I am 34 years young and live in Phoenix, AZ, USA. I raise baby parrots for this amazing family owned local bird store. My job is my passion and the one thing that keeps me getting out of bed on the days when my depression is overwhelming. My hours are never set as it depends on how many chicks I've got and how young as they must eat every 3-4 hrs round the clock. I have 6 parrots of my own who are my feathered kids. I recently moved back in with my mom due to needing help with managing my chronic venous insufficiency which has now caused me to get a ulcer on my ankle that wont heal. I would feel so much better physically and emotionally if I can find an exercise regiment that can keep me accountable and motivated. My goal weight would be 140lbs and to get circulation back to my legs. I'm excited to be here and meet you all!

Day 9 – Ramadan Log 🌙🔥
Sehri struggle was real today 😅 2 boiled eggs + sandwich + 250g yogurt + chai… Lekin body sweating, neend heavy, khana zabardasti push karna para. Shayad kal ka last meal late tha, isi liye subah appetite zero thi. 8:30 tak jaag ke phir wapas sleep… Zohar (Zumar nahi 😅) barely on time. Sleepy mode ON. Small win: Naya shaker bottle aaya — quality solid, spring ball inside 🔥 Protein mix smooth without lumps. Little upgrades matter. Iftar: 2 dates + water, Amrood, Red bean chaat, 2 medium shakar gandhi, Half beetroot. Pre-workout: Black coffee ☕ + thora energy boost. Gym – Chest Day 🏋️‍♂️ Coffee ne game change kar diya. Pump clean, energy stable. Otherwise Iftar ke baad insulin spike → sleepy, sluggish feeling. (If you know, you know 😴😂) Post-gym: 2 soft rotis + leftover salad (50–100g). Water levels maintained. Shami lesson learned: Dal aur chicken alag boil karna mistake tha. Ek saath spices ke sath cook karna chahiye — texture better aata hai. Dal quantity bhi control karni hogi next time. Observation of the day: Ramadan training = timing + digestion + caffeine management. Aur honestly… Kitne log Iftar ke baad sleepy ho jaate ho? Drop it below 😅 Consistency maintained. Energy managed smarter. Ramadan grind continues 💪
