2 dates + water,
Amrood,
Red bean chaat,
2 medium shakar gandhi,
Half beetroot.
Pre-workout:
Black coffee β˜• + thora energy boost.
Gym – Chest Day πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
Coffee ne game change kar diya.
Pump clean, energy stable.
Otherwise Iftar ke baad insulin spike β†’ sleepy, sluggish feeling.

2 soft rotis + leftover salad (50–100g).
Water levels maintained.
Shami lesson learned:
Dal aur chicken alag boil karna mistake tha.

Dal quantity bhi control karni hogi next time.
