Ever catch yourself replaying old stories in your head? Mistakes. Memories. Moments you wish went differently. It’s human to revisit the past. It shaped us. It taught us.And honoring it means learning from it—not living in it. But here’s the question…Is living in the past really any better than living in the future? Past vs. Future vs. NOW - - Living in the past often keeps us stuck in regret, guilt, or even pride… replaying old identities that no longer serve who we are becoming. - Living in the future can trigger anxiety, fear, or fantasy… chasing a version of ourselves that doesn’t exist yet. - Living in the NOW is where presence lives.Where choice lives.Where change happens. Honoring the past means saying - “Thank you for the lesson… but I don’t need to stay here.” Planning for the future means saying - “I see where I’m going… but I move forward from here.” Living in the NOW means saying - “I have power, clarity, and freedom in this moment.” YOUR TURN - Where have you been living lately? While small amounts may seem harmless, regular consumption can build up in the body, especially in the brain and bones. Here’s how to identify and replace aluminum-containing products with safer alternatives.
