At 32, I weighed 102 pounds. I was addicted to stimulants, and diagnosed with Osteoporosis & Amenorrhea. Not because I wasn't trying. Because I was trying too hard in the wrong direction. - I was eating less. - Moving more & more. - Following every piece of advice the magazines, the doctors, and the "educated people" had given me. - I was also losing my hair. - Running on stimulants to get through the day. - And smiling through it all like everything was fine. But it was NOT fine. I remember having a hard time getting out of bed everyday!!! Not just physically. I mean my spark. My energy. The version of me that felt alive. She was gone.
