I want to share something about one of our clients, Kara. She's a doctor. Long hours, random shifts, eating whenever she could fit it in. For years she'd been losing and regaining the same 10-15 lbs. She'd lose weight for a couple of months, get sick of what she was doing, stop, and by April she was heavier than when she started. On top of that, she was pre-diabetic. So we didn't put her on a diet. We just taught her how food actually works. How calories work. How protein works. How to build meals that keep you full without eating like a monk. One thing Iโ€™ve noticed in here is that a lot of people want to get stronger and build muscleโ€ฆ but feel like theyโ€™re guessing in the gym. Random workouts. Random exercises. Trying to copy what they see online. So I decided to build something for this group. You guys may have seen this debate from last year. It shook the fitness space the say the least. Hereโ€™s a short clip of Myron talking about his stance on โ€œfat peopleโ€. https://www.reddit.com/r/Asmongold/comments/1dy4chj/fresh_and_fit_vs_fat_men_debate/ Controversialโ€ฆ and extremely insensitive. Is he wrong though? OF COURSE HEโ€™S WRONG. But not from a technical standpoint. People get fat because they eat too much. My problem is that he doesnโ€™t understand nor consider WHY people eat too much. And there are several reasons that you may fall into yourself if youโ€™ve been overweight and/or on a fat loss journey yourself. I made a Loom on it and I think you should watch it. My Disney Day 1 - holy steps!
First day at Disney today. Got over 40,000 steps before we got back to the hotel. Watch reset at midnight after 38,590 steps and got another 2500 after midnight that will log on tomorrowโ€™s date. Getting to bed and resting so we can walk more tomorrow. Sore feet are real. Love the steps! Ate a solid breakfast with protein. Limited my sweets. Ate a protein bar at the end of the day. Still under calories. Limited protein options running around the park. Packing more options tomorrow.
