Little steps
I wanted to go for run today's, as all the snow melted away. My daughter wanted to come along. She hates running. Happy she never stopped running..slow and steady we almost run 4km. I'm proud of her and we did something together. šāāļøšŖ

Sticking the Landing: Proud Auntie Era š

Proud auntie/godmother moment loadingā¦ š„¹šŖāØ This morning, Addison absolutely showed up and showed OUT at her meet ā 1st place All-Around (!!!) and she delivered the most perfect beam routine, then stuck her landing like it was glued to the mat. The focus, the confidence, the calm under pressureā¦ it was one of those āwowā moments where you realize youāre watching the next generation step into their greatness. And honestly? Watching her lights a fire in me too. Because this is what consistency looks like: - showing up when itās early - practicing when itās hard - staying locked in when everyoneās watching - finishing strong and sticking the landing The children are our future, and seeing them come into their own is the biggest reminder that hard work pays off ā in sports, in fitness, in life. Addison, Iām so proud of you. Keep going, baby girl. This is only the beginning. š
